Updates as we move into PA’s yellow phase of reopening
May 19, 2020 | COVID-19
As Cumberland County moves into the yellow phase of state reopening this week, we wanted to take a moment to share what this will look like for us.
First and foremost, we are committed to your safety. While we’re looking forward to being able to meet with you in person again, the safety of our clients and team members is a top priority. For now, we will continue offering remote meetings only. We are fortunate in that, since the first day of the statewide shutdown, we’ve been able to remain 100% operational without missing a beat. As guidelines and timelines evolve over the coming weeks and months, we will provide more details about when we will resume offering in-person meetings.
We’re currently developing our plan in cooperation with Hamilton and Musser to meet or exceed PA state guidelines. For now, we believe this is what the key elements will look like:
Social Distancing
- We will establish “maximum occupancy” numbers for the Mechanicsburg office in total and for individual conference rooms.
- When we’re able to begin offering in-person meetings, they will be staggered to ensure we don’t violate maximum office capacity guidelines. Meetings will be for clients only; children and guests will be asked to stay home. We are planning on only offering in-person meetings at our Mechanicsburg office until further notice.
- We will observe the current masking and social distancing standards throughout the office environment.
Attention to Sanitization
- We will be using EPA-approved disinfectants to thoroughly sanitize our office at the beginning and end of each day, as well as before and after client meetings.
- Team members and clients will be required to wash hands before each meeting. We will also have sanitizing solution for devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) readily available.
