Moving into PA’s green phase of reopening
May 19, 2020 | COVID-19
As we officially move into the green phase of state reopening this week, we wanted to share what this will look like for us.
As always, the safety of our clients and team members remains our top priority. We will continue offering video conferencing or phone calls for every client who wishes to meet remotely. For those who desire to meet in person, we will begin scheduling in-person meetings beginning Monday, June 22nd. All meetings held in our offices will adhere to PA state guidelines. While not all-encompassing, this will include:
Social Distancing
- An established “maximum occupancy” number for our Mechanicsburg and Carlisle offices, including individual conference rooms.
- Staggered meeting times to ensure we don’t violate maximum office capacity guidelines.
- Meetings will be for clients only; children and guests will be asked to stay home.
- We will observe the current masking and social distancing standards throughout the office environment.
Attention to Sanitization
- We will be using EPA-approved disinfectants to thoroughly sanitize our office at the beginning and end of each day, as well as before and after client meetings.
- Team members and clients will be required to wash hands before each meeting. We will also have sanitizing solution for devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) readily available.
