Kelseyleigh’s role:
Kelseyleigh supports the Managing Partner and leadership team by creating clarity, structure, and momentum around key priorities. She strengthens communication, coordination, and follow-through, enabling the team to better serve clients and advance LifeGuide’s mission.

A bit about her background:
Kelseyleigh grew up in Berks County, Pennsylvania. She graduated with honors from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA where she began her career working in the Office of the President and Communications & Marketing. There, she discovered a love for helping leaders hone and implement their vision, as well as share their message in ways that inspire others.

What Kelseyleigh says she loves most about her job:
“I love how everything I do in my role, no matter how small, ladders up to a God-centered mission I can get behind with my whole heart. It’s exciting to be part of a team that is so unified in our passion for serving the Kingdom and our clients exceptionally well, and that has a lot of fun while doing it!“

Outside of work:
Kelseyleigh lives in Middletown with her husband Ben and their rescue pup Karijini. They attend and volunteer at Liberti Church in Camp Hill. She and Ben love to travel and enjoy weekend adventures out in nature. When they take a moment to slow down and unwind, you’ll find Kelseyleigh getting creative with her hands or curled up with a good book—or she may just be writing her own!
