Client Service Associate
Katie’s role:
Katie serves as a Client Service Associate at our Mount Joy office, where she plays a vital role in supporting our advisory teams by preparing for meetings, completing action items, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service.
A bit about her background:
Katie grew up in Michigan and moved to Pennsylvania after graduating from Cedarville University with a degree in Organizational Communications and minors in Graphic Design, Spanish, and Bible. Prior to joining the LifeGuide team, Katie worked in several roles across higher education and marketing.
What Katie says she loves most about her job:

Outside of work:
Katie lives in Elizabethtown with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places, attending sporting events, coaching volleyball, playing pickleball, trying new coffee shops, and hosting gatherings. Katie and her family attend Mount Calvary Church.
