We believe that honoring God with your wealth shouldn’t be stressful. In fact, it should be deeply fulfilling! Which is why we see money not as the end goal in itself, but as a tool to meet needs and turn goals into reality. For every client who comes through our doors, we desire to take the stress, complexity, and fear out of financial management and instead help them leverage their finances into a life of peace, freedom, and lasting impact.
We are a Christ-centered, planning-centric, independent, fee-based, SEC-regulated RIA financial advising firm based in Mechanicsburg, PA. We are passionate about using our firm’s time, talent, platform, and resources to make a positive and lasting impact for the Kingdom.
No cold calls, no sales quotas, no required appointment levels, and no going it alone here. All advisors receive a salary and a bonus based on team and individual performance.
As a firm, we:
LifeGuide’s paid internship program is an integral part of our culture and strategy. Because it’s our goal to create a meaningful and mutually beneficial work experience, all Financial Planning Interns participate as an integral member on one of our advisory teams. We believe in providing our Financial Planning Interns the highest quality “real world” job experience around. No pencil pushing, no coffee getting, no free labor. Each intern reports to a lead advisor and is assigned a mentor to provide guidance, feedback, and assistance. They are given significant responsibilities to help their team serve clients and advance the LifeGuide business.
Compensation for interns starts at $12.50/hour for the first semester or term. Additional semesters and increased compensation may be offered based on work performance and availability.
As a business, we strive to grow organically and promote from within. We love hiring interns when they’re a great long-term fit for our team. Successful interns tend to have a big advantage in the selection process for our full-time positions.
If interested, Financial Planning Interns may apply for a permanent full-time position as a Financial Analyst.
If you’re ready for a meaningful, challenging, and intellectually stimulating internship and think you would be a fit for our team, we want to hear from you. Apply below and include your resume, cover letter, and any other information you feel would be helpful in letting us know why you’d be great for this internship.
If we think you may be a fit, we will send you a short questionnaire to complete. This will formally begin a discovery process that includes testing, phone/ video conferencing conversations, and, if appropriate, in-person interviews at our Mechanicsburg, PA office.
