As a Financial Planning Intern, you play an integral role on our team, participate in client meetings, and contribute directly to the work we do.

LifeGuide’s paid internship program is an integral part of our culture and strategy. Because it’s our goal to create a meaningful and mutually beneficial work experience, Financial Planning Interns participate as integral members of an advisory team.
We believe in providing our Financial Planning Interns the highest quality “real world” job experience around. No pencil-pushing, no coffee-getting, no free labor. Each intern reports to a Lead Financial Advisor and is assigned a mentor to provide guidance, feedback, and assistance. They are given significant responsibilities to help their team serve clients and advance the LifeGuide business.
Interns can expect to experience all phases of our Financial Life Planning and investment management processes.
Specific responsibilities include:
Compensation for interns starts at $17.50/hour for the first semester or term. Additional semesters and increased compensation may be offered based on work performance and availability.
As a business, we strive to grow organically and promote from within. We love hiring interns when they’re a great long-term fit for our team. Successful interns tend to have a big advantage in the selection process for our full-time positions.
If interested, Financial Planning Interns may apply for a permanent full-time position as a Financial Analyst.
