Ryan’s role:
Ryan serves as a Financial Advisor on Doug’s advisory team, helping construct clients’ LifePlans and providing day-to-day service. He answers client questions and follows up on meeting action items, making sure that what needs to get done gets done. He also performs research and analysis as a member of LifeGuide’s Investment Team.
A bit about his background:
Ryan is a 2021 graduate of Messiah University, where he earned his B.A. in Mathematics with minors in Finance and Statistics. During his time at Messiah, Ryan had the opportunity to participate in research on biblically responsible investing and placed first in the 2021 CFA Society Pittsburgh Collegiate Personal Financial Plan Competition. Since joining the team at LifeGuide, Ryan has obtained his Series 65 and Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health licenses, and is in the process of studying for additional professional designations.
What Ryan says he loves most about his job:
“I really appreciate the team-based culture and the client-focused mindset at LifeGuide. I love that I am able to do analytical work while also engaging in conversations about the intersection of faith and finances. It is a blessing to be part of a firm that is so missionally driven and stewardship minded.”
Outside of work:
Ryan currently lives in Dillsburg, PA. In his free time, he can be found listening to music, watching ice hockey, or spending time with family and friends.
