Marketing & Communications Intern

Part Time

We are currently accepting applications for Summer 2021 and Fall 2021.

Our Mission

We believe that honoring God with your wealth shouldn’t be stressful. In fact, it should be deeply fulfilling! Which is why we see money not as the end goal in itself, but as a tool to meet needs and turn goals into reality. For every client who comes through our doors, we desire to take the stress, complexity, and fear out of financial management and instead help them leverage their finances into a life of peace, freedom, and lasting impact.

Who We Are

We are a Christ-centered, planning-centric, independent, fee-based*, SEC-regulated RIA financial advising firm based in Mechanicsburg, PA. We are passionate about using our firm’s time, talent, platform, and resources to make a positive and lasting impact for the Kingdom.

As a firm, we:

Roles and Responsibilities

In today’s job market, “hybrid creatives” are in high demand. Those with skills across multiple disciplines are generally more marketable and hirable than those with narrow expertise. For example, copywriters must understand and implement effective SEO techniques into their writing. Graphic designers must be capable of designing across a wide variety of media (print, web, social media, etc.) while understanding the increasingly important role video plays in digital communications.

Because it’s our goal to create a meaningful and mutually beneficial work experience, all Marketing & Communications Interns participate as an integral member on our team. Through our paid internship program, they are given significant responsibilities to help amplify LifeGuide’s service, mission, and value proposition to current and prospective clients.

All Marketing & Communications Interns will gain valuable experience working across the many areas of discipline required in a modern marketing department—from high-level strategy creation, to content writing and editing, to project management, to graphic design and video production. Specific responsibilities include:
