As LifeGuide’s Client Services Associate, you’ll work closely with our financial advisory teams to answer general questions for clients, execute on specific meeting-related tasks, and provide exceptional customer service.

As LifeGuide’s Client Services Associate, you’ll work closely alongside our financial advisory teams. You’ll assist advisors with client meeting prep, provide answers to general questions, and provide overall exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time, salaried position based out of our Mechanicsburg, PA office headquarters.
Specific responsibilities include:
Compensation for this full-time position is $45,000+, in addition to LifeGuide’s complete benefits package. Our compensation plans are a combination of salary and incentive pay based on individual and company performance. Initial compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience. We formally review performance and compensation annually.
We prefer to promote from within, so there will be opportunities to continue growing with the firm and potentially transitioning into an advisory role if so desired.
